A Blink in Time

For the Rhyme
3

This was created today after working on another video that went south for a while. I thought about my tooth pain and the wealthy and their sadistic grins as they stomped on the ants, and all I gain is tooth pain. It is commentary written from my tooth pain brain of dreams of extreme pain and extreme society pain of grief, power, greed, destruction, and fucking rainbows. We will rise. Ants build colonies to the top of the highest building in Manhattan throwing over the few elite white small, tooled patriarchy men.

Blink in time

For a rhyme

Tooth pain, Lost Conversations,

& Ant Colonies Controlled by the Well to Do

A blurb in every culture of nothing to gain

But tooth pain.

Lost conversations of tooth pain

As we pause for a broken tooth

And a little bit of truth,

"I waited for the pain to speak.
But silence got there first.
The gummy softened my jaw,
but it also unlocked the song I’d buried.
This flavor—true to life—
tastes like something I forgot I deserved:
ease, warmth,
a moment untouched by ache."

Then the moment came

To blame

My tooth for everything

Not the same thing

To blame

The pain spoke,

I awoke

With pain

To go away

In a day or two

To be awake

To eat my cake

After a new tooth

To lose

Myself in warmth and light

So bright

Laugh with friends

Again

Sing again

Around the bend

Of love, hugs, and kisses

They are nearly misses.

Of life

To rebate

To regurgitate

The gossip

The infamous assholes

The infinite universe

To create pain of life

Of blackholes

And tight misses

Reminding us of all

Free times,

When we were all one species

No, we are ants

In strife

Like a lost tooth

Or lost loved one,

We are the ants who labor,

For the wealthy who discard us

To trash

As they brag and negotiate

The poor will rise

Above the mundane arrogance of the tiny-tooled white patriarchy

Goodbye

A rainbow bridge is waiting to rise so high.

"I waited for the pain to speak.
But silence got there first.
The gummy softened my jaw,
but it also unlocked the song I’d buried.
This flavor of true to life
tastes like something I forgot I deserved:
ease, warmth,
a moment untouched by ache."
